around the trunk of a giant Aravne tree. The wooden floor actually has a
slight hump to it here, as it passes over one of the massive branches leading
away from the trunk in an eastward direction. Once over the hump the skyway
again leads off to the north, following the course of another of the huge
branches which support this amazing structure.

This walkway winds its way through the many shops and businesses of Aravne.
The sounds of commerce and trading fill the air, and the myriad smells blend
together into a not altogether unpleasent background fragrance. Citizens,
nobles, and travellers from Aravne and beyond walk this route in search
of the next deal. The large crowds here, as well as the disorienting route of
the walkway make it nearly impossible to keep track of location and direction
here, probably an intentional trick of the walkways design to keep the money
from easily walking away from a sale.
