Upon the Tree-line
      The air gently rolls through the glade, making the trees sway slightly.
The green and somewhat red leaves rustle vigorously in the breeze.   There is
a sense of calm about the trees that invites you to go deeper into them.  You
notice a deer and other woodland animals scurry about in the distance.  Birds
are singing, and it seems as though the woods are alive with creatures.  This
is the edge of the tree line, where the plains seem to give way to the forest
beyond. Ahead in a straight line down the broken path is an archway of trees.

Just Inside the Archway
    As you enter deeper into the tree's you notice that in places the overgrown
path is still greatly intact and parts of the brush don't seem to grow upon it.
Most of the path is covered in ancient runes that seem almost elven.  One might
wonder how long ago these symbols would have been laid and how long it has been
since someone has trodden down this faint path through the forest.  It seems as
if at one time this path was a dominant, well-traveled one as you notice that a
few of the stones have been pressed in deep into the soil.

A Tranquil Forest
   Sounds come from all around you as you enter deeper into the forest.  Above
you there is a bit of rustling in the trees and around you the whole forest is
alive with sound, making it seem to be teeming with life.  Off to your left is
a group of deer approaching a stream.   About the same time you seem them they
look up and then dart off into the distance.   To your right, you see a mother
robin with her young waiting in a nest on a low branch as she swoops down with
the worm she has found nearby to feed them.  There is a path that leads to the
west and east.   Though the part that leads up the side of the hill looks like
it is still paved somewhat the path still looks as though it are just wildlife
paths through the forest.

     The trees here are strong and stout.  They have stood they test of time,
and have been growing untouched by hands for hundreds, possibly thousands, of
years.  Vines and other plants climb up the sides of the few dead trees. They
seem to reach for the sky above, creating a blanket effect in the forest that
makes the area not very well lit.   Though getting through the trees does not
look like it will be very hard to do, as you look over your shoulder, you can
not help but think that you are being watched.  Though you glance back often,
there is never anything there.   In the distance there are shrieks that sound
like monkeys "ooohinggg!!" and "Ahhing!" at each other in some sort of primal
gibberish.

like monkeys "ooohinggg!!" and "Ahhing!" at each other in some sort of primal

path ahead.  A few spiderwebs line the trees and there appears to be a statue
of a head in the distance.

A Small Open Glade
     Entering the glade, the first thing that is seen is an old fountain that
has a half-woman, half-spider  as its base.  A closer look reveals that it is
none other then the fabled Spider Queen, and goddess of the vile Drow, Lloth.
Cobwebs adorn the area, and a few small spiders dart back and forth among the
fountain's spouts.  Upon approaching the statue it appears to be teeming with
life.  As the waters start to flow, they give off an eerie glow.   The waters
themselves seem fresh, yet something feels off. Near the fountain, a lone ivy
plant grows,tangles itself around the neck of Spider Queen.
An evil aura fills the area.

     The trees here are strong and stout.  They have stood they test of time,
and have been growing untouched by hands for hundreds, possibly thousands, of
years.  Vines and other plants climb up the sides of the few dead trees. They
seem to reach for the sky above, creating a blanket effect in the forest that
makes the area not very well lit.   Though getting through the trees does not
look like it will be very hard to do, as you look over your shoulder, you can
not help but think that you are being watched.  Though you glance back often,
there is never anything there.   In the distance there are shrieks that sound
like monkeys "ooohinggg!!" and "Ahhing!" at each other in some sort of primal
gibberish.   Drawing closer to the glade, there is an eerie feeling about the
path ahead.  A few spiderwebs line the trees and there appears to be a statue
of a head in the distance.
Obvious exits: -East  -Southwest

A Small Open Glade
     Entering the glade, the first thing that is seen is an old fountain that
has a half-woman, half-spider  as its base.  A closer look reveals that it is
none other then the fabled Spider Queen, and goddess of the vile Drow, Lloth.
Cobwebs adorn the area, and a few small spiders dart back and forth among the
fountain's spouts.  Upon approaching the statue it appears to be teeming with
life.  As the waters start to flow, they give off an eerie glow.   The waters
themselves seem fresh, yet something feels off. Near the fountain, a lone ivy
plant grows,tangles itself around the neck of Spider Queen.
An evil aura fills the area.
Obvious exits: -West 
A vile looking pool of cloudly water lays at the base of the statue.. (glowing)
A statue of the Spider Queen Lloth rests in the middle of the fountain. (glowing)
A golden ivy plant winds its way around the base and neck of the statue.(Red Aura)
