A Winding Game Trail Through the Forest
   This small forest  path is difficult to see amid the shubbery. Small
berry  bushes grow alongside  the path, providing plentiful nourishment
and shelter for small forest creatures.  Tall trees line the game trail
on  both  sides  as  it  winds  its  way e ast,  and  back to the north.
Though  the  forest  is  particularly  thick here, not far away, a very
ancient  Oak  tree can  be seen, at least three times the height of any
other tree in the wood.

Loudog's Happy Hour Bar
   A sign hangs over the door, 'Buy ale or die'.  People seem to take this
threat very seriously for most every person in this bar is flat out drunk, but
the people take the smell with a grain of salt and don't mind so much.  The
bartender looks to have drinken a few himself.  A few tables are overturned in
this tent.  The beem in the middle of the bar seems to uphold the tent, wires
and ropes run along the ground to support it.  A horde of different races enjoy
blowing the frothe off a few.

   The gaming area is a huge square.  The crowd is thick, the music is
load, and the thieves are having a busy day.  The square looked to once have
been apart the grasslands, but they've long sinced been trampled into the
ground. Trash lays unwarrented along the ground.  Various shops and games
are available from within this square.  Tents have been erected in various
regions of the square.

A Sidepath to the Gaming Square
   This sidepath has been used by many to get to the gaming zone.  The gaming
zone is the most visited section of this carnival.  Alot of noise originates
from within the zone.  Shops of all design market their goods to passerbyers.
The path is dusty, off to the side of the path weeds make it nearly impossible
to navigate.  A forest is visible to the west, and the sun seems to never
appear in the sky.  The smell of freshly cooked meat stirs in the air.

Game keepers are heard shouting for customers, their jolly mood gives no

gaming square of the carnival.  A shoppe to the east has a thri-kreen keeper.
Many people are heard and seen laughing at the poor creature, for he has only
three arms.  Voices can be overheard from within, describing the dangers of
battle, and of losing extremeties while taking part in one.

   This section of the sideshow is dedicated to the two-limbed Thri-kreen,
named Sirax.  He sits on display behind a showcasing made of glass.  He slumps
down in defeat for he is geniunely depressed.  Thri-kreens with two arms are
shunned from their hometown, and are considered abnormal by many others.  It
is rumored that Sirax lost his two limbs in a battle with an ogre.

Between Two Shoppes
   Two shops on either side of the road are evident.  A sign on the northern
one reads 'Shop of the Headless Drow'.  Another, to the south, reads
'Shop of Trollskin'.  Many passerbyers either enter one of the shops
or stop to glance through the windows.  Whether or not the merchandise is
worth buying is another matter entirely.  Most people come here to spend
money, the shopkeepers realize this, and set up shop.  Just having something
available is better than nothing, therefore, nothing bought in any of these
stores is readily worth the price paid.

   This house was constructed early in this carnival's life, and its name well
suits it.  Cans, jars, boxes, and all containers available are the beholders
of some of the most revolting sights ever seen.  This house stinches of vomit,
that drenches the entrance, and is not for the light of heart.  Heidie, the
owner of the shop, takes pride in the amount of people that spew their lunch
out in her house.

Uggiewilly's Spices and Hair Herbs
   Shelves and tables of herbs and spices take up most of the space within this
shop.  It's amazing how many healing herbs one can make out of hair.  This
keep must be bright, or have alot of time on his hands.  The roof is supported
by two large beems in the center of the room.  There is a huge sign next to
either of them stating, 'touch these and die'.  The windows within this shop
are boarded up.  Breakins to this shop during the night are numerous.

Adjacent Paths
   Some would like to know what the tent to the east holds.  A clear view is
possible from this section of the road.  Many folks can be seen exiting and
entering the tent.  Roars from the crowd inside and the animals alike are
audible, people seem to be enjoying themselves immensely.  The tent is one of
a grand scale, rising well over thirty feet, and the area it encompasses must
be vast for it is impossible to calculate it because the width is not yet
discernable.  Most of the trees surrounding the huge tent disguise its true
size.  Truely an alluring tent.

Wide Dusty Path leading to a Tent
   Dung and other revolting organic matter inhabit this road.  Food that has
been discarded are swarmed with maggots, insects, and worms.  The smell of
freshly cooked meat is in the air, the sounds of music stirs, freaks in chains
leash stare at passerbyers, bandits size them up and down, and the weeds off
the trail have grown considerably high.  Many nocturnal beings must find
shelter there during the day.

Inside a Grand Tent
   Huge poles tower above the patrons within this tent.  The poles have been dug
into the ground to ensure that they do not topple over, ropes nailed into the
ground ensures the same thing as an added precaution.  Beems overhead give
this infrastructure additional support where it needs it most, the stands.  On
Either side of this entranceway, many people have watch the spectacle that
this show provides.

   To those who want to sit in back and see more of a view, this is the spot.
Although this is considered second class to many, to some it is the most
private section of the tent, and valued considerably.  Who wants a rogue
breathing down your neck anyway.  Stains among the bleachers along with the
smell of dung is another reason why most would not sit here.

more vivid than seeing it from the back row.  There is a measure not taken
into account however, when buying these seats, the chance of a lion jumping
the chainlink fence and devouring all those near it.
