This five foot wide ledge runs about three hundred feet to the
north and south, at an elevation of nearly a hundred feet. The
settlement looks tiny from this distance, veiled in the pale glow
of the purple glowing fungus which covers the entire ceiling of
this great cavern.

Rocky Incline
This small ledge climbs upwards about a hundred feet above
ground level to a small pathway on the cavern's eastern wall.
The path is about five feet wide, and gives a fantastic view of
the entire area. The settlement looks small from this distance,
with twenty or so stone buildings of various sizes huddled
together in a circular arrangement. The path runs north to
south.

South-East Corner of a Great Cavern
The immense cavern wall curves around here from the west
to the north, gradually sloping up into the air about two hundred
feet. The air is crisp and clean smelling here in this huge cavern,
with a large settlement of stone buildings at its center.
The trail runs to the west of here, while a small rocky ledge climbs
up onto the eastern cavern wall to the north.

Rocky Trail in a Great Cavern
This trail runs along the southern wall of the great cavern, which
rises almost straight upwards nearly two hundred feet. The sheer size
of this immense cavern is awe inspiring, illuminated by the glow from
a dark-blue sky of glowing fungus. The trail runs east to west,
reaching the entrance of this area just west of here.

Entrance to a Great Cavern
The tunnel opens out into a cavern that must be at least a thousand
feet in length, rising up to a great domed ceiling a hundred feet high.
The entire area is illuminated by purple glowing fungus that covers
almost the entire ceiling, that makes the cavern look as though
it has a dark-blue sky. Mammoth stalactites hang hundreds of
feet, like giant icicles of dull gray stone. The overall effect that
the sheer size of this cavern has is stunning. A small trail runs
to the east along the caverns edge, while a pathway leads towards
a settlement of some kind occupying the center of this enormous area.

Cylindrical Tunnel
This circular tunnel is about fifteen feet in diameter, running some
thirty feet in length. On its northern end, a huge cavern opens up to
the dull purple hue of glowing fungus, while to the south a mining
tunnel leads on into darkness. This tunnel looks to have been cut
through by expert miners.

Mining Tunnel
The tunnel splits off in three directions here, heading to the north,
east and south. The fact that there are hundreds of gouge marks on
the walls and ceiling, and that the tunnel is cut perfectly square,
indicate this area was carved out by miners at some point. The tunnel
glitters from its high mineral content.

The walls and ceiling of this small corridor sparkle in the light from
their high mineral content. From the looks of how the tunnel was
constructed, it must have been the masterful hands of dwarves who
mined out this area. The corridor runs north to south here.

Bi-Level Cavern
The center of this cavern is split by a rocky ledge, evaluating the
northern side some fifteen feet. The west wall is scarred by a huge
blast mark, with bits of rock and metal lying scattered about everywhere.
An metal arrow protrudes from the back wall of this cavern, which has
exits leading to the north, east and south of here.

Dark Cavern
There is none of the glowing purple fungus in the extremely tall
cavern, making it impossible to see the ceiling high above. Travel
across this area is made difficult by the curved nature of the ground
here, with dozens of deep pits and short drops. The cavern continues
further eastward, and a small cave mouth leads into darkness through
the west wall.

Dark Cavern
This large ovular cavern has none of the glowing fungus, making
it very dark and eerie. The cavern is extremely tall, though there
is not enough light to see all the way to the ceiling. The floor here
is also very curved and uneven, looking similar to the surface of
a stormy sea that was frozen solid in rock. The cavern continues
on further to the west, while a small tunnel heads north.

The eight foot high tunnel runs north to south here, opening upon a
larger area to the south. The absence of alot of holes in the walls
indicate that this was probably no a lucrative area for extracting the
silver ore.

The tunnel here is wide, perhaps thirty feet across and square. It
looks as though the miners hit a large vein of ore in this area, with
large holes dug into the walls, now empty. The tunnels run to the north,
west, and south of here.

Mining Tunnel
This tunnel was obviously carved away by miners, and is roughly square,
being about eight feet tall. There are holes randomly spaced out in the
walls, where it looks as though the miners extracted an ore of some kind.
The opening to the east is small, and not smoothly worked, indicating that
the miners probably broke out into the river by mistake. The tunnel bends
around to the south.

Small Rocky Beach
This looks like a natural high-spot in the cavern, carved out by the
river millions of years ago. The river itself flows quietly by to the east,
while a tunnel that definitely looks man-made runs into the western wall.

high above. The river continues in its general north-south course,

time everything seems quiet. Drops of liquid fall down from above and forms in
small sticky puddles upon the floor. The ground here seems to be made from
some sort of magical crystal. The walls here are sleek and very smooth to the
touch. The potent vapors of spores emanates from every corner of this place.

This mystical cavern of mystery seems to glow with a faint light that does
not quite create twilight. Images of thoughts that were long since past start
to fade into the mind. Dreams that are now only a flicker of a long since past
memory now invade reality. Flashes of youth that once was wasted, for a moment
is tasted. Regret sets in, yet gives way to feelings of peace that soon this
life shall gain release. Oblivion fills the air, but does not cause anyone any
despair. Doom falls from the gloomy darkness that looms above, forming in tiny
sticky puddles upon the ground. The walls here are pleasant to the touch and
