* PC pets no longer get procs from equipment!
* A heavy basalt longsword is now actually heavy.
* Elementals now pulse a bit slower to be in line with the beginning-of-wipe pulse changes.
* The passive skill 'mangle' has been tweaked; it no longer requires a successful parry check and works with flaying and bludgeoning weapons.
* Raising undead with items now uses the proper level to calculate with.
* Mining non-gem mines now takes less time per ore.
* A spectral holy symbol of Berronar Truesilver is now wisdom-caster classes only.
* Update to the calculations of vamping; the numbers should be the same, but calculated faster.
* The command 'equipment slots' or 'equipment list' should now show the list even when you're not wearing anything.
* One attack for Thri-Kreen has been moved from their fourth hand to the second, and chances for secondary / tertiary / quaternary attacks has been increased slightly.
* The age-old bug where low negative mana would cause your prompt to bug out has been fixed.
* Pets will no longer dispel walls while their master is in the room.

* The spell entangle no longer works in all outdoor terrain; now, in addition to being outdoors, there must be vegetation for it to work (Forests / Hills / Fields / Swamps / Mountains / Arctic / Desert / City / One-way / UD equivalents).
* A small pile of coins in The Trakkia Mountains now loads inside A small chest.
* The skill legsweep skill has been tweaked.
* The passive skill mangle has also been tweaked and should land more often.

* Bregtar, Torm's Hand, the Cavalier spec teacher, is now actually a Cavalier.
* Good terrain now increases how long a Conjurer spec pet will last. Also, the Conjurer's charisma now affects the duration as well.
* Minstrels now can use blindsinging in concert with artifact instruments.
* The various signs on the surface map have been repainted to be more accurate.
* A steel key has been added to the inventory of an elite soldier Inside the Royal Gates of The Valoisian Castle.
* The time command now shows EST as well as GMT.

* The epic skill 'devastating critical' is now available to the Warrior and BeRSeRKeR classes only - excluding Thri-Kreen.
* There should now only be one random load check for items (so those items that are 10% load from zone are now 10% load instead of ~25% of 10% or ~2.5%). However high ival items that are 90% load from zones will use the ~25% check.
* The drider robe of the shadow spinner is a little less move regen now.
* A plush saddle embroided with lightning bolts is a lot less move regen now.
* When logging in from the mudconnector, you will no longer see names levels or classes on the who list.
* The amount of damroll you can get from eq has been lowered.
* The amount of damroll gained from high str has been increased.
* Thri-Kreen strength has been lowered a bit.
* Thri-Kreen attacks have been moved around a little. The total max # for wielding 4 weapons should remain the same for those who have maxxed dual wield.

* A little round wooden shield is now available as a newbie item for all class-race combos.
* All area-effect spells from potions have been nullified (ie quaffing a haste and meteorswarm potion will not cast meteorswarm, but only give the quaffer haste).
* Everyone's favorite vision code has been tweaked again, giving Evils a use for infravision (they see red shapes in daylight with infra).
* Four other places were found with the missing '.' in exp code. Yes, they were fixed.

* Spam suiciding will now get you caged.
* Hiding and tracking are now mutually exclusive actions (track breaks hide, and hide stops tracking).
* I broke Map Vision in to 5 categories:
-Category 1: Stuff that overrides everything: You're in the room, then CTF Flag is in room.
-Category 2: Stuff that's really big: Good Ships, Evil Ships, Undead Ships, Neutral Ships, Unknown Ships, Ships, Ferries.
-Category 3: Light/Dark: Magic Light rooms and Magic Dark rooms.
-Category 4: Lifeforms: Witch, Dragon, Buildings (yes, under lifeforms), Good|Evil PCs, Group Member PC, White PC, Mob.
-Category 5: Objects: Certain Portals (not really used atm), GHs, Corpses, Tracks, Blood, Old Blood, Mine, Gem Mine, Cargo.
