A Mining Fissure
This rocky fissure, deep within the Cavern of Stronad, has been dug out
from many years and many hands of mining. This fissure has small wodden
planks, giving level ground below, as further junctions are being dug out
by the miners deep within this place. This fissure has been cut through
the central junction of the cavern Stronad.

* New characters should start with the well-rested bonus again.
* PC pets should no longer attack if their master is in the room.
* The maul skill should notch more often now.
* You should no longer be able to notch springleap by targetting a non-standing victim.
* Illusionists have learned the spell penetration epic skill.
* The level cap display on the frag list should show correctly now.
* Holding your breath and drowning should be less buggy now.
* Negative move regen is possible now.

* Fixed a typo that was causing guild prestige to double every time instead of increment.
* The spell 'magma burst' is now 9th circle for the Fire Magus spec.
