Hitpoints, or hp, or h/H in the prompt, are vital to any player of Duris because 
it is the amount of life you have. Damage will reduce this amount of life and if 
you happen to drop below -2 hitpoints you will slowly bleed to death if someone 
doesn't finish you off or bandage/heal you. Hitpoints regenerate slowly, though
they faster when reclining and asleep; also, there are heal rooms and certain 
spells can aid in the regeneration process.  Equipment to raise your hitpoints 
is available, but there is a limit to how much it will affect you.  Larger races 
tend to have higher hitpoints than smaller races due to their racial constition, 
the attribute responsible for determining the amount of hitpoints you have.
Equipment that affects your constitution and CON_MAX will raise your hitpoints, 
and thus the cap on how much hp equipment you can wear.

Syntax:         meditate (while resting)

"Meditate" allows the player to memorize/pray for spells with a chance of
halving the time. A single proficiency check is made at the half way point
for each spell. If successful, the spell will be memorized/prayed for at
