is but a single chair and a desk covered with paper work here. The
harbour master despises this room immensely, preferring to be out on
the docks helping with the boarding and unboarding. Unfortunately,
the orc stronghold across the seas require the proper paper work
for intelligence reasons, and if the harbour master didn't spend
at least a few hours a day in here working, he would be out of job.
