* level cap mechanic update:
    Moving forward: Frags will only count towards the cap if the char gaining 
    the frag is fraggable by someone at the cap.  This is to prevent cheesing 
    of frags by creating low risk, lowbie chars specifically to fight and 
    boost the side ahead of the timer.
    
* A REMINDER: Multiplaying is punishable by death.  OFF WITH THEIR HEADS
* getting a bugged task should happen much less frequently(hopefully never!)

* level cap mechanic has changed:
    The only gate to cap increase is the timer, the side with the most frags when
    the timer expires(and a player is subsequently fragged) wins the advancement for 
    their side.  Any frag greater than or equal to .2 frags is counted.

All of the senior clerics in Woodseer must spend time assisting the guards of
Woodseer.  This cleric is so consumed by the love for her god that she can't
seem to stop smiling, which certainly doesn't detract from her beauty.  She
appears to be one of those people that can travel anywhere, through any type
of conditions, and still look beautiful.  Her golden hair has been pulled back
into a tight pony tail to keep from blocking her view of the world.  Though
she wears a constant smile, it is clear that she is more than capable of doing
anything she is required to do.
The smiling cleric appears to be Halfling and is in excellent condition.
She's small in size.
She seems to be moving much faster than normal..
She is glowing with holiness!
She's encased in a shimmering globe!

He is much smaller than most of the other halfling guards, for that matter,
he is smaller than most halflings.  Several scars on his left cheek make his
green eyes look dark and mysterious.  It is clear from his attire that he is
not a warrior, magic is his weapon, and his strength.  He, like many of the
halfling guards, has devoted his life to the protection of Woodseer, and will
travel anywhere and fight any battles he feels are necessary to that end.  The
tattoos that all of the guards possess are clearly shown on his forehead and,
though they may be marred by a scar through them, they certainly retain their
power.
The scarred mage appears to be Halfling and is in excellent condition.
She's small in size.
She seems to be moving much faster than normal..
Her body appears to be covered with swirling shadows!
She is encased in killing ice!
