their way out of tight spots. The dreaded thief is also renowned for its
ability to pick locks, alter their identity, to vanish into the shadows, not
to mention hunting their prey to the ends of the world to get what they want.

Thieves are held fully to the rules listed in Help Raid for equipment

"primary" characters and as such must wear the best equipment available up to

ALL items stolen by a thief must be worn by the thief *unless* they cannot
use the object or are currently wearing better in that slot, in which case
it may be stored or given away.
Trying to get by these rules will be met with harsh consequences. If you are
unsure about what is legal or not, ask a god.

the typical slow sneak that other rogue subclasses suffer from. At the more
advanced levels, they can even make themselves invisible on the map while
sneaking. Advanced thieves can also step into and out of hiding at will,

Slip - Last Edited: 2007-10-08 21:55:18 by Jexni
================================================
Syntax: slip <object> <player>
A sneaky thief can secretly slip an object into a container or to another player,
without anyone noticing. It is, of course, harder to slip larger and heavier objects,
and if the thief fails, he will fumble the object to the floor. This skill can also
grant the thief the ability to silently taken items out of containers as well.

Disguise - Last Edited: 2015-01-05 18:20:16 by ashyel
=====================================================
Through a combination of proper equipment and skill a player may disguise his appearance from others, appearing as a mob or even another player. In order to do this, players need to purchase disguise kits at one of a few vendors throughout the realm.
The command to use these kits is to type 'disguise <intended disguise> while holding a kit in your inventory. To reverse the disguise and appear as yourself again, simply type 'disguise'. A new kit will be required for each attempt to disguise, as it will be destroyed upon returning to your natural shape.
Stay aware of the condition of your kit by checking score. Battle and time will wear down your disguise until eventually it fails and you are back to being yourself. Also please note: Until you have obtained sufficiently high skill level in disguising, you are at risk of failing your attempt at it, destroying the kit and retaining your natural shape.
The following character attributes are used in execution of this ability (if any):
