A Tunnel of Rot
   Deep inside the third level of the marsh tunnels a strange hush comes
over the area and brings with it a sense of dread.  Where there was the
constant shrieks and howls of the tunnel's occupants now there is just
silence.  The insects and parasites that crawled over the ceiling, walls,
and floors seem to have vanished, leaving only rot and decay and a stench
so powerful waves of crippling sickness can leave one delirious.

The Jade Marsh
   The marshland of the Jade Empire is even more dangerous than the
jungle that combine together to form the Wilds of the Empire. Fumes and
toxic spore clouds explode into the air with every step, and the wild
creatures sprint past, always on the run from a larger predator lurking
just around the next corner. As the jungle makes up much of the southern
portion of the Wilds, the marsh extends towards the northeast, all the
way towards the open ocean where it begins too deep of swamp and water
to travel at all.

   The jungle section of the wilds is much like the marsh, the main
difference being it is alot drier, being slightly further away from
the ocean water. It is still quite moist in most areas, though the soil
is firm.  Vegetation overwhelms most of the area, the trails are small
and difficult to navigate, and in many places the sunlight of the day
is completely blocked out by the thick canopy.  The inhabitants of the
wilds wander the area, vicious and unafraid of anything. It is under-
standable why the residents of Jade avoid this area whenever possible.

   The jungle continues to twist and wind through these dank wetlands,
almost becoming a maze of rotting foliage. Like the flicker of sunlight
as it tries its best to poke through the jungle canopy, the earth here
itself is patchy as well, with some steps on solid terrain and others
nearly quicksand. The roar of millions of insects is prominent thoughout
the wilds occasionally mixing with the shrill shrieks of the jungle
natives to become a near defeaning crescendo.

The Jade Jungle
   The jungle continues to twist and wind through these dank wetlands,
almost becoming a maze of rotting foliage. Like the flicker of sunlight
as it tries its best to poke through the jungle canopy, the earth here
itself is patchy as well, with some steps on solid terrain and others
nearly quicksand. The roar of millions of insects is prominent thoughout
the wilds occasionally mixing with the shrill shrieks of the jungle
natives to become a near defeaning crescendo.

The Borderland
   This is the edge of the wilds of Jade, a dank and dark jungle swamp that
the locals try their best to avoid due to the countless dangers that lurk
behind every rotting bamboo tree.  The wilds themselves are separated into
two areas, the swamp and the jungle, as one travels to the north, ocean
water seeps into the soil that it becomes almost unwalkable. The southern
jungle area is dryer, but no less dangerous, as the beasts that hunt in
marshland have no qualms about tracking their prey to solid land.  A large
warning sign has been hastily stuck into the soft earth here.
