This area is where the most vial and sinister elements are kept. Not
even the best guards of the Keep care to stick their heads into the going
ons up here. Skirmishes can be heard all around, yet this place is so
black that nothing can be seen. The floor is wet, but not with water.
Perhaps the liquid is a combination of blood, urine, and feces. It is
to dark to tell. There is a gate here, and from what looks to be
