   This is the beginning of a long road that stretches quite a ways to the
west.  The road seems to lead to an encampment of some sort.  From this gander
spot it, is impossible to discern the nature of the camp, however, huge tents
have been construed.  The trail is rather dusty, however, just southward a
thick brush combined with tall weeds make straying from the trail a mistake.

Crossing a Bridge
   The bridge has been constructed using stones and a type of cement, perhaps
straw and clay.  A RiVeR runs wild below, thank the gods the bridge was
construed else crossing the river would be the only alternative to getting to
either side.  There are railings on both sides of the bridge, a means of
support for those who cross it.

A Turning in a Dusty Road
   The trail turns southward into an encampment of some sort.  The camp has
smoke, alot of noise, and a mouth watering smell emitting from it.  Huge tents
have been constructed from within it.  Mountain tops on the horizon to the east
and a thick forest help prevent sunlight from reaching the ground.  A river
to the north produces fog that serves the same purpose.

horses have set foot upon this road.  The forest and mountains on either
side of this encampment tend to block out the sun, and it's as though dusk or
dawn never happen.  Dust fills the air from chatty travellers, walking to and
fro the encampment to the south.  Smoke fills the air and the smell of freshly
cooked meat fills the nostrils.

it is however, not legible.  Smells of certain distinctness come from the shop,
smells similiar to an apothecary.

possible from this section of the road.  Many folks can be seen exiting and
entering the tent.  Roars from the crowd inside and the animals alike are

a grand scale, rising well over thirty feet, and the area it encompasses must
be vast for it is impossible to calculate it because the width is not yet
discernable.  Most of the trees surrounding the huge tent disguise its true
size.  Truely an alluring tent.

A Long Winding Dusty Road
   This well traveled road has many tracks upon it, everything from mice to
horses have set foot upon this road.  The forest and mountains on either
side of this encampment tend to block out the sun, and it's as though dusk or
dawn never happen.  Dust fills the air from chatty travellers, walking to and
fro the encampment to the south.  Smoke fills the air and the smell of freshly
cooked meat fills the nostrils.

Intersection of Roads
   A dirt pathway to the north leads in quite another direction than the
people who want to have a good time go, it is the means of exiting this
carnival.  Most people are noticibly enjoying themselves, laughing heartedly
with grub and brew in either hand.  A few shops are visible, for this road
running east and west is apart of the merchandising square, where fools part
with their money.

   No other place can topple the amount of freaks, garbage, and mutations that
this sideshow offers.  Because of this, it attracts a variety of races with
different interests, this ofcourse means business.  The smell of the area is
wretched, the road seems to be the recepient of the business end of many cows,
horses, and wargs alike.  It is hard to differentiate between the sideshow

Turning Before a Shop
  "Look at all the happy creatures dancing all along", someone says amongst
the crowd of folks gathered around the shop to the north.  It is impossible to
discern the nature of the shop.  An old sign hangs down from an entrance way,
it is however, not legible.  Smells of certain distinctness come from the shop,
smells similiar to an apothecary.

Uggiewilly's Spices and Hair Herbs
   Shelves and tables of herbs and spices take up most of the space within this
shop.  It's amazing how many healing herbs one can make out of hair.  This
keep must be bright, or have alot of time on his hands.  The roof is supported
by two large beems in the center of the room.  There is a huge sign next to
either of them stating, 'touch these and die'.  The windows within this shop
are boarded up.  Breakins to this shop during the night are numerous.

Adjacent Paths
   Some would like to know what the tent to the east holds.  A clear view is
possible from this section of the road.  Many folks can be seen exiting and
entering the tent.  Roars from the crowd inside and the animals alike are
audible, people seem to be enjoying themselves immensely.  The tent is one of
a grand scale, rising well over thirty feet, and the area it encompasses must
be vast for it is impossible to calculate it because the width is not yet
discernable.  Most of the trees surrounding the huge tent disguise its true
size.  Truely an alluring tent.

Wide Dusty Path leading to a Tent
   Dung and other revolting organic matter inhabit this road.  Food that has
been discarded are swarmed with maggots, insects, and worms.  The smell of
freshly cooked meat is in the air, the sounds of music stirs, freaks in chains
leash stare at passerbyers, bandits size them up and down, and the weeds off
the trail have grown considerably high.  Many nocturnal beings must find
shelter there during the day.

Adjacent Paths

Before the Infamous FreakShow
   This carnival would not be complete without the freakshow.  A sign above
a doorless entryway states 'FREAK SHOW'.  Many people stand in a huge line
to enter, and the people who are leaving are gagging in disgust.  Some steps
lead up to the entrance.  The smell of dung fills the air, whilst the sounds
of screams are audible from within the freakshow house.

The Donkey Exhibit
   The first stage of the tour is pretty grousome.  A naturally born one limbed
donkey, with two heads, is chained up in a pen where he "meehonks" in terror.
Next to the donkey lays its food that it's been fed, two bird eggs it seems.
Its pen is filled with hay, dung, and other scraps of food.  Since the exit is
to the west, the smell is not too bad.

The Humanoid Reptile Exhibit
   This stage of the tour is also pretty light, it features a scaly reptilian
creature.  The creature is apparently has two different personalities, since it
is after all, half fish half orc.  It is an experiment by orcish alchemists,
and in their mind it seems to have succeeded.  The pen in which it's being held
in is half full of water, and half land.  Fungi and algae inhabit most of the
water, not that it bothers the half-reptilian.

   Visitors to the carnival are seen taking either of the intesecting paths.
The path to the south runs though some brush.  From the smell and looks of it,
it would appear that particular section is where the barbiquers and vendors
well their food.  A shop to the north distinguishes itself to the north.
