This gate is battered and almost falling off its hinges. The owners of
this mansion either don't care to maintain it, or have abandoned the house to
decay on its own. Up ahead is a small cobblestone path which leads through a
garden and up to the front door of the mansion. Exits lead north along the
path and south back to the wilderness.

testament to the wealth of the family which seemingly abandoned this house long
ago. The door steadfastly guards the house and it is obviously not going to be

A Large Marble covered Foyer
This huge foyer was constructed of the finest marble, and even though it has
not been maintained in quite some time, much of the luster of the floors and
walls is intact. A majestic red-carpeted staircase dominates the center of
this gorgeous room. A large crystalline chandelier hangs from the ceiling and
appears to be magically lit, as the flames do not waver even as gusts of wind
swirl about the room. From this, the heart of the house, exits lead in many
directions.
