   This room is large and spacious, the ceiling extending far above
you.  The floors are carpeted in a deep red, soft to the touch.  A
large round table centers the room, a solitary chair on the north end
and a few on the opposing side.  The lighting in here is very dim,
casting just enough light onto the paintings on the wall of detailed
battles, victories, and losses.  There are also paintings of people,
such a beautiful druidess communing with nature or a strong sailor
standing upon a ship.  It's unclear just what this room is meant for,
but a sense of the mystic can be felt.

your eyes are adjusted to the light you notice it to be an old woman
enveloped in dark robes.  Her eyes are closed and her head lowered,
a quiet murmuring escapes her lips.

Noticing you, she looks up and motions you to come closer. 
"Come, child, there is much you can do for me.  Would you like to hear a
story?"
Marthona appears to be Human and is in excellent condition.
She's medium in size.
She seems to be moving much faster than normal..

intersection is at an all time high compared to the rest of the city,
filled with people making their way from the palace, market, or from the
ajoining streets.  Chipane lies both east and west from here, a more
residential area, while Talerenn joins the palace gates with the entrance
to the city.

Talerenn Way
   Talerenn Way continues north and south from here, busy with the
bustle of townsmen, sailors, merchants, and other visitors making
their way about.  While small shops can still be seen along this
street, it's mainly taken up by houses.  Talerenn intersects just to
the south of here, while the tall towers of the palace are visible
to the north.
Obvious exits: -North -South

Thurdorf's Antiques
   Shelves upon shelves of various objects fill this room, shiny objects
stacked upon each one.  Brass, silver, even gold antiques, spoons, cups,
clocks, statues, and other little ornaments can be found here.  It creates
an almost blinding effect with the lighting of the room, especially when
the sun shines through the windows and reflects off their surfaces.  A
small wooden door to the west leads back onto the street.
