stones lining Bliss Boulevard. The checkered way stretches off to the west

up to an open-air tower. Each stair has been cut in such a way to leave
jagged sharp edges at the beginning of each step. A small dull brass sign

the southeastern land and walls surrounding the city. Large parapets of jagged
stone line the top of the tower. A large tattered banner of blue and white has
been centered and hung down the tower wall facing outside the city as a
withered maple flagpole protrudes toward the sky supporting a shredded banner
once emblazoned with the city's crest. Slivers of obsidian have been
embedded into the tower's stones reinforcing its structural
integrity.

climbing spikes have been hung on the northern wall while a huge chest
containing a vast amount of partially melted beeswax torches rests against
the eastern wall. An oaken door leads to the north onto Sanctuary Place,
while another identical door to the east leads out onto Paradise Lane.

The flooring, constructed from pine, has been painted with several children
eating cakes and biscuits as a huge Balor towers over them drooling its acidic
salvia onto the ground. Baskets, filled with moldy breads and rotten pastries,
fill an enormous shelf behind a partially destroyed counter. Large tapestries
of fruits, nut, and breads that used decorate the walls have long since been
ripped and tattered into bits of stringy cloth strips. The sent of moldy bread
fills the air here. Two doors to the north and west lead out onto the streets
of Newhaven.

A Fountain Before A Grand Temple
Jagged strips of rusted iron protrude from the ground forming small spiked
in several sections of the roadway. The base of a cracked marble fountain
gurgles in the center of the roadway. Six naked succubi stretch their arms
high to support a single nude male figure. The succubis' wings have been
fully extended and arched outwards. The male figure stands ominous over the
square. In one hand he holds a bolt of lightning while clutching an unholy
symbol to his chest. He tilts his head up high as if in prayer. Two powerful
jets of dark red blood pour from each end of the lightning bolt down onto the
wings of the succubi, which reflect the blood into a massive cracked marble
basin below. Speckeled red flowers have been planted in four sections around
the fountain, allowing easy access to the blood. A sense of chaos overwhelms
this area. Large steps lead north to a gate massive gate of blue tempered
steel.
