The Rear Exit of the Castle
The door against the southern wall bears a symbol of skull and snowflakes. A
landing of stairs below leads down to a valley nestled between the hills and
mountains of the crag. An uneasy chill runs down your spine as you traverse
the slick onyx steps.

The air in this section of the hall seems abnormally stagnant. There are
no arrow slits, or windows of any kind. Apparently not much danger exists to
the north of the castle. The corridor is wide, but has a low ceiling which
combined with the torch smoke provides a very uncomfortable area. The torches
are held by more of the iron sconces so common to the castle. The worn path
down the center of the hall seems even more dull here, as if the stone were
older. This area of the hall appears to be under some sort of restoration.
The stone on the inner wall is freshly laid in some areas, and crumbling in
others. It continues east and west.
Obvious exits: -North -East -West

Northeast Corner In the Guard's Walk, 2nd Floor
The north/south and east/west sections of the guards walk meet here in the
corner. A wide arrow slit is placed in both the east and north walls, covered
by sliding iron hatches. Two large torches are hung from the ceiling by thin
iron chains. Large iron doors lead south and west, and a stairwell leads
downward to the ground floor. A newer second set of stairs rises into what
appears to be a corner tower.

no arrow slits, or windows of any kind. Apparently not much danger exists to
the north of the castle. The corridor is wide, but has a low ceiling which
combined with the torch smoke provides a very uncomfortable area. The torches
are held by more of the iron sconces so common to the castle. The worn path
down the center of the hall seems even more dull here, as if the stone were
older. This area of the hall appears to be under some sort of restoration.
The stone on the inner wall is freshly laid in some areas, and crumbling in
others. It continues to the west and an iron door lies to the east.
