Many voices can be heard shouting prices. "Roast stirge for 5 silver",
"manticore hide 13 gold!". Along the streets of this district, people
who can afford to, barter for their needs. The streets around here
seem to attract many of the Keep's homeless who are hoping for a hand
out. Surprisingly, this place looks fairly run down. The area is
cluttered with leaves, stirge bones, and human refuse. A fowl stench
wafts by, a relief to the normal putrid smell of this district. And yet,
people still come to browse the merchandise, hoping to spot something
new.
