The Forgotten Part of Graveyard on the Hillock
Old trees rise tall and green in a distance, circling the mountain side,
forming a soft forest band. The grass grows tall, nearly reaching the waist
of someone of average height and the surrounding oaks and beeches form an
almost inpenetrable wall around the mountain. Scattered over the area are
graves similar to those in the graveyard, yet there is a heaviness in the air
not found elsewhere. The graves have been vandalized and the tombstones smashed
into rubble. What once used to be an unholy shrine where farmers would
give thanks for strong harvest and shamans would perform animal sacrifices to
still the gods has been reduced to a pile of scattered stones. Shimmering in
and out of existence are many misguided dwarven souls who still have not yet
accepted their death, and seek new bodies to once again reenter the world of
the living. A large sacrificial altar has been set in the center of
the hill.

Random tombs to unknown warriors have been laid in rows as far as the eye can see.
Many of the graves are empty and desecrated. The graves here seem very recent and
there are piles of fresh bodies here awaiting burial. A strange sense of evil
magic from the south makes the hairs at the back of neck to stand on end! The
graveyard wall is built from large grey rocks and far too tall to try to scale.
A gap in the rows of tombs leads north and there are more graves to the east and west.

The Old Graveyard
Random tombs to unknown warriors form rows as far as the eye can see.
Several mausoleums used to grace the path but these have long since been defiled.
Most have been torn down and burned by looters. To the north are the tombs of
soldiers killed in some long-forgotten war. The graves are now just gaping holes
in the ground as the dead have risen. Legions of skeletal warriors move slowly
looking for their ancient enemy, as if they wish to continue the battle even
after their demise. Old battle lines have been forgotten and new ones made.
The sight is enough to freeze the blood of the bravest adventurer. A tall stone
wall runs around the graveyard secluding it from the outside world.

this the peaceable lands. Bargrivyek does not allow the denziens of Baator
into his realm. The land here has been leveled, and there are springs of holy
water all over the area. Sometimes Bargrivyek is said to be seen roaming the
peaceable lands, and will help lost and hurt travelers back home.

This northern branch of the Bank of the Shady is situated in a large and
quite lavish building. Its floor is tiled in white marble. The walls are
constructed of stone engraved with a variety of symbols. A large red elven rug
lies centered in the room. On the south wall of the bank, there is a ledge
equipped with a few fountain pens. The teller window is located just opposite
this ledge. A small sign is located at this window. The only exit lies west
back to the Path of the Damned.

very clean and is almost in mint condition. It appears that many laborers
have spent countless hours with devotion to this task. The hallway continues
in to a larger room ahead. The sounds of chatter seem to emanate from that
chamber. The only exits are north and south in to various offices or west into
the large meeting chamber.

imported polished elven wood. A large red elfskin rug covers the ground

of this room. Hanging from the ceiling are many war banners and an elborate

connecting hallways.
