   Sounds of fisherman in the distance casting their reels and setting up
equipment can be heard. Shouts of surprise and alarm at catching something is
usually heard every so often. There are a great many fisherman within these
parts, all searching for something to eat. A great many people go hungry in
the desert city, often because they're too poor to buy food. The sea has
large quantities of food ready to be taken. The tents constructed here have
been so with haste and carelessness, they could easily blow down in a desert
storm. Shipmates from the docks often take a brief tour of this place and are
looked down upon by those who dwell here.

   This is where most of the fish caught for the larger merchandising guilds
are brought and processed. The amount of revenue that the guilds generate
brings smiles to the sultan because of the tax money he collects. The guilds
do not liked to be taxed, however, the sultan doesn't care. Money isn't the
greatest concern to the sultan, order is. Just having the guilds paying their
taxes gives the sultan some security. It gives the sultan a sense that his
word and authority are still respected, even in the larger guilds that could
possibly overthrow or undermine his regime. The stench of the warehouse is
almost unbareable. The materials used to build this warehouse looks done in,
and the machinery used to process the fish looks ancient.

A Fisherman Encampment
   Sounds of fisherman in the distance casting their reels and setting up
equipment can be heard. Shouts of surprise and alarm at catching something is
usually heard every so often. There are a great many fisherman within these
parts, all searching for something to eat. A great many people go hungry in
the desert city, often because they're too poor to buy food. The sea has
large quantities of food ready to be taken. The tents constructed here have
been so with haste and carelessness, they could easily blow down in a desert
storm. Shipmates from the docks often take a brief tour of this place and are
looked down upon by those who dwell here.

Before an Encampment
   The desert city needs food to survive. Those who cannot seek food within the
city often come here to fish for something to eat. They usually find plenty
of fish along with anything else that inhabits these waters. The sea is
plentiful with things to eat. The fisherman encampment to the east is
enveloped with a number of city dwellers that come here often enough to set up
a small tent of some sort. There are a great many fishing poles resting here
and there a long with a few accessories here and there. The docks is the
first place the great many merchants that visit the city see first, however,
the more reputable merchants dock at the larger docks within the city.
