Here home avenue comes to a stop. Several abandoned homes are falling
into disarray, and a makeshift barricade has been constructed barring easy
entrance from the wilds to the east. Once a favorite hunting grounds, the

now unsafe to travel. Currently a stalemate has been effected between the
home district and the wilds, preventing further encroachment into civilized

long circular stairway leads upward as it spirals its way around the trunk of
the Tree of Justice. A strong feeling of goodness and peace emanates

weaved into the spirit of this tree long ago by forest elves. Once guarded by
the mighty Ki-rin, it has not been used by the residents of Aravne for many
years. Perhaps the Ki-rin still defend it from entry by all those who are

The Stair of Justice
Much like a smaller version of the grand skyway, this spiral stairway
steeply curves its way around the Tree of Justice. The wooden steps are
stained red by the blood of the guilty, as only one woman has ever passed these
steps without withstanding the might of the Ki-rin which guard its top.
Scars from missed sword attacks are evident in both the railing and the bark
of the tree.
