The Grand Intersection of Merchant's Way and the Prancing Fawn
This intersection sits squarely at the heart of this great city, and with
good reason. The main avenues of travel, the Prancing Fawn and Merchant's
Way, collide into this square with a flurry of activity. These two massive
roads are eased into one another through the use of an extremely large
roundabout. The traffic of thousands of visitors and citizens flows in a
circle, delivering produce and goods from far away lands to the hands of
shopkeepers and their customers in the city's fabled Celestial Bazaar. A
massive statue of flowing blue-green water stands at the center, suspended
in its current shape by the magical chants of numerous white-clad Monks.

Inside The Eastern Gates of Winterhaven
This room lies directly within the large Eastern gates
of Winterhaven. The gates themselves are built from a sturdy
and thick oak and have been reinforced with a cold steel
skeleton. The road that leads through the gates is in very
good condition. The obsidian pavers are immaculately cared
for, and are constantly being polished and inspected for
faults. Large banners hang from the top of the gates, flapping
gently in the cool breeze.

This forest is in extremely good condition and is frequently used by
nobles and royalty as a place for relaxation and meditation. The trees are
all oak and pine, neatly arranged into rows. The trees are massive and
must be over five hundred years old. Small walkways have been paved using
a granite gravel that shimmers in the mid-day sun. The atmosphere is very
calming and all the thoughts of the busy city seem to melt away. From up
in the tree-tops, you can hear the chorus of songbirds.

Winterhaven. To the North and South you can see the King's Forest,
the private woodlands of the royal family. To the West you can see
the massive gates that protect Winterhaven from intruders, and to
the East, you can see Ibaron's Pass leading to the twin mountains
of Tuz'l Banzik the Savior. The weather is very pleasant and even
though there may be well over one hundred merchants, nobles and
commoners that share the streets with you, it is remarkably placid
and quiet. The ground is paved in a brown cobblestone and looks to
be well maintained. As you look towards the city, you see the many
towers that stand tall in the sky, each adorned with large flags.
